Rules
Terms of Service
◆ Vocal file format should be in WAV (preferably 16-bit or higher).◆ Instrumental audio file preferably mp3 320 or WAV. You can send both mastered and unmastered instrumental file.◆ Record your vocals as clean and controlled as you can.◆ Make sure to separate overlapping vocals to a new file.◆ Avoid clipping, background noises, and avoid breathing in between vocal lines. Keep a constant distance between you and the microphone.◆ Name the files clearly (zelnut main1; zelnut adlibs1, etc).◆ Put your vocals in a .zip/.rar file along with the instrumental and guide.◆ Please note that songs with glitch effect is for special request only.

◆ I have right to cancel or decline a commission request.◆ Do not claim my works as yours.◆ Please credit me as zelnut or chocozelnut (all lowercase) and put either my YouTube Link (https://youtube.com/c/chocozelnut) or my twitter (https://twitter.com/chocozelnut).◆ Please tell with me beforehand if you choose to not credit me for some reasons.◆ I have the right to use the finished product (mixdown) as my portofolio (if you uploaded it on YouTube) and put it in my YouTube public playlist (please refer to 3rd point for uncredited works).
Process
◆ Send me your lines in a .zip/.rar file along with instrumental and guide. Don’t forget to tell me the song you’re covering.◆ I will time your vocals before tuning. After I timed your vocals, I'll tune your main vocals and send it to you as tune preview.◆ Harmony vocals will be tuned after I tuned your main vocals.◆ In this step, you want to re-take your vocals if necessary.◆ If the main and harmony vocal preview is approved, I will start to mix the vocals◆ I will send the mixdown once it’s done. Revisions can be made.◆ The final product will consist of 3 files: mp3 320, wav 24 bit, and an acapella (wav 24 bit) file. These will be sent to you via cloud service after you paid the commission.◆ Please expect 3-14 working days for me to work on your cover, depending on the situation.

Notes:◆ Every mix will include timing.◆ Maximum of 10 tracks for Mix Only. Exceeding the maximum amount of tracks will be charged for additional 20k per track. For choruses, maximum tracks will be 12 tracks for 3 people. Additional person will get additional maximum of 3 tracks per person.◆ Maximum of 8 tracks for packages for Solo, 10 for Duet, and 12 for Trio. Additional tracks will be charged based on additional services above.◆ Additional charge will be added by 40% of total charge for Commercial Uses including Corporate Projects.◆ Tv sized cover (< 1:55 song duration) will get 30% discount.◆ Currently only accept local payment (IDR) via BNI.
